FAQs

A syndicate is a group of investors who are given the opportunity to invest in companies on a deal-by-deal basis.

Each deal is completed by pooling capital into a special purpose vehicle, letting every participant invest under the same structure.

There is no commitment to invest in deals when you join a syndicate.

The focus is on being one of the first checks into a company, typically at the pre-seed through seed stage. Investments are industry and geography agnostic.

The average check size is $100,000-200,000.

If you decide to invest in a deal, there are no management fees for allocations below $200,000. Only blue sky fees are charged based on the state you invest from, which average around $200.

Brett, the Deal Lead, operates at the intersection of venture and media, offering founders access to his network, media presence, and expertise as value-add support.

Early access and strong deal flow. Brett maintains close visibility into early-stage startups and consistently sees high-quality opportunities early, with founders actively seeking to work with him.

Deep relationships with founders. Brett has worked with, hosted events for, and built personal relationships with hundreds of founders, getting to know them beyond their role as CEOs.

Strong relationships with investors. Brett speaks with dozens of investors weekly about deal flow and diligence, enabling Bulletpitch+ to bring opportunities to venture firms and invest alongside top-tier funds.

Investment minimums and maximums vary by deal. Typically, minimum investments range from $5,000 to $10,000.
